The first time that your are likely to come into contact with one of our team is at the Police Station. This is Karen’s domain. The need for early advice at the Police Station is vital.

Karen started her career in London and having worked at Peter Carter Ruck & Co, Karen joined an expanding Criminal Law firm in London. Karen was the Head of Crown Court department, and has specialised in Criminal work ever since.

Karen joined Lawtons from another local Firm. As well as being responsible for the Police Station, due to her level of experience Karen deals with VHCC cases and other Crown Court cases.

Karen was one of the first lawyers to undertake the Accreditation process required of all lawyers who attend the Police Station for Publicly funded work.
