Erin is an experienced Criminal Lawyer and a real asset to Lawtons Solicitors. Erin originally qualified as Counsel in Canada, where she worked for a number of years, gaining experience in a wide range of criminal case. As part of her wide and impressive range of experience, when working in Canada, Erin was junior counsel on a legal team which was representing a client charged with the murder of 239 people (The Air India Trial) which was the result of a 15 year police investigation and resulted in over a million documents being produced.

Whilst in England, she was quickly snapped up one of the largest and well respected of Specialist Criminal Firms, Tuckers, where she worked on a range of cases including for clients charged with Terrorism related offences. Her experience has continued to develop with other respected firms, such as Morgan Rose, London, where she tended to specialise in serious fraud and large scale conspiracies.

Erin’s experience also covers a broad range of both Magistrates and Crown Court cases ranging from General Crime, Serious Crime, Fraud and Money Laundering.  She has represented clients at both the police station and Magistrate’s Court.
